Under the FOX banner, Live Operations produce and distribute content for some of America’s most popular and valued brands; including Fox News, Fox Sports, Fox Cable Networks and Fox Television Stations. The Fox Internship Program offers a structured training and learning opportunity to gain practical experience while participating in real-world projects to gain valuable work experience and leadership skills.

Please note this internship is available as an on-site opportunity in Tempe, AZ.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Obtain hands-on exposure to many aspects of Live Operations

Interact daily with the Live Integration, Operations, Engineers, and Media Control

Learn how to coordinate Live Sports coverage and daily Programming.

Help compile daily Programming logs, Sales enhancement sheet, Producer Memos, Production Packets and etc. for each live event

Help generate daily Status Grids

Monitor programming material and draft timing sheets and reports.

Log sale enhancement hit times for live events

Utilize software to draft reports and pull programming information.

Available Saturday and Sunday

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

The intern must be actively enrolled in an accredited college or university as an undergraduate student. Recent graduates are not eligible for this program.

The intern should be a sophomore or above; junior preferred

Preferred Majors in Media, TV Production, TV/Radio Broadcast, Engineers, Communication, and Business Administration

Access to own housing and transportation to/from the assigned internship site for on-site opportunities
