Job Description

Overview:

Manages day to day business operations for assigned Sales teams. Responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of all productivity reporting. Supports business process improvements and enhancements. Provides leadership and development of staff. Provides input on how department can improve procedures to ensure that the department functions at optimum efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

Manages day to day sales operations for assigned Sales teams. - open order mgmt., tdcc requests, general email activities. Manages normal personnel items.

Responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of all productivity reporting for team

Carry out initiatives that support business process improvements and enhancements for Sales department.

Serve as a point of escalation on customer engagement.

Supports & carries out special projects as assigned 

Qualifications:

Experience

Working knowledge of systems / applications.

Demonstrates creativity in problem solving.

Advanced level of judgment and decision making.

Education

 4 year degree; and 5-7 years relevant experience; and some management experience.
