Job Description

Primary Accountabilities/Responsibilities: 

Facilitate use case and requirements design, testing, and implementation of new data assets and technology-driven capabilities that address specific problems in the business world.
Author epics and stories, work with aligned feature departments to refine requirements, design, and test solutions to drive change required to deliver on goals set by the firm.
System and Process Improvements by diagnosing issues across different data domains, evaluating operational and market data to identify ways to improve/automate for optimization.
Setting up testing and monitoring automated workflows to ensure that business processes function at optimum efficiency without risk of error.
Produce process documentation to outline mistakes and successes and refine processes going forward
Apply programs design methodology for integrating client activities, data sources, and systems to meet project objectives for multiple- often on-going- automation projects.
Collaborate with the data analytics team and external clients to ensure accuracy and efficiency is being delivered for all Ad-Hoc reporting for regulatory and legal use. 
Leverage data science tools and techniques in analyzing large datasets that will enable model development to uncover insights, trends, and patterns in data for Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
Prioritize and manage multiple assignments based off urgency levels while identifying possible issues preventing task completion.
Ensure quality automation using Quality Assurance (QA) processes and prevent any potential bugs.
Must be organized, self- initiative, and have creative approaches to problem solving related to the firm.
Maintains prompt and regular attendance.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree
Passion for proactively seeking opportunities to make improvements and gain efficiencies.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving capability.
Considers the trade-offs in prioritizing and sequencing work and the impact on time expenses.
Must be proficient in Excel and other complimentary Microsoft tools.
SQL and/or a similar data query language is a plus or a willingness to learn.
Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer.

Minimal physical requirements other than occasional light lifting of boxed materials
