Provide proactive, well-organized, and timely senior administrative support to the Chief People & Culture Officer, VP-Global Human Resources and VP-Learning & Development and executive representation to internal / external stakeholders.
The individual in this role must understand business and P&C priorities, demonstrate the ability to proactively anticipate needs and drive improvements to build capacity for the executive leadership team. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information as well as professionalism in dealing with senior executives is critical.
Making an Impact
• Coordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management or Global Chief People & Culture Officer and two VPs, as well as management of content and flow of information to senior executives
• Makes smart and timely decisions; understanding when to take ownership of a decision and when to involve others
• Consultative planning with Chief People & Culture Officer and Global P&C Team
• Arrange travel, including air, hotel and transportation as well as occasional work-related events and large meetings
• Manage and prioritize internal and external communications including emails, arrangement of conference calls and virtual meetings, preparation of agendas and other communication materials for internal and external use
• Appropriately and discreetly manage information of a highly confidential and critical nature
• Complex expense reporting/invoicing
• Coordinate with Regional People & Culture Directors around the globe
• Assist in planning/facilitating multi-day onsite meetings
• Applying project management techniques and principles
• Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures
• Forward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions

• Coordinate speaking engagements, conference attendance

Gaining Exposure
• This role offers extensive interaction with our Executive Leadership Team, Global Leadership, and Department heads across the company. Also with External Boards, C-Suites of other companies and organizations worldwide.
Your Typical Day
• There is no typical day as each constantly revolves around what the Executive’s needs, and new situations/critical issues arise. Basic items must be attended to (calendaring/travel/expenses/standing meetings) but plans on any given any day can be tossed aside depending on what is occurring in the world.
