Experis Solutions has an exciting new opportunity for a remote Solutions Executive! This person will be responsible for the design of executable and profitable solutions and delivery models for the Experis Practices organization and will collaborate with sales and practice SMEs to assess client’s business, technical and resource requirements to build solutions and proposals that meet those needs.
Results & Strategy:
Strategy: Contribute to market and account-level penetration and win strategies. In coordination with Practice SMEs, support the development of go-to-market competencies, collateral, tools and methodologies.
Sales: Lead and support discovery and qualification sessions and lend expertise on service capabilities, methodologies and offerings to client and sales/proposal teams throughout the sales process. Proactively identify barriers to successful delivery and generate alternatives prior to sale.
Pre-sales: Collaborate and engage with appropriate practice architects and leadership to facilitate solution development and ensure delivery confidence during proposal presentations. Engage technical subject matter experts and identify technology requirements required to deliver the solution with a functional understanding of the technical implications. Finalize solution designs, conduct risk assessments, cost/profitability analyses, and present proposals, pricing, and Statement of Work.
Delivery: Coordinate with Practice delivery leadership to establish engagement management and delivery approach during the presales cycle. Troubleshoot, adjust, and realign requirements and processes as needed. Establish timeframes for implementation and delivery; translate requirements to project manager and internal team(s). Provide consulting before, during and after handoff and remain an advisor through go live. Meet with clients as needed to ensure quality performance.
Client & Candidate:
Consult with clients from functional managers through senior c-level leadership on the design and delivery of complex talent and technology solutions, with focus on ensuring sustained customer satisfaction and loyalty. Present value proposition and adapt solutions to meet customer needs and deliver value without sacrificing discipline of solutions.
Thought Leadership:
Deep subject matter expert on design, delivery and architecture for one or more solution competencies: business transformation, enterprise applications, cloud & infrastructure, digital workspace and cyber security. Offer customized workforce solutions to client by collaborating with teams/brands to leverage full suite of Experis solutions.
Qualifications
Qualifications Required:
• 10+ years in technical business management, delivery, or relevant client facing experience
• Sales: 2+ years selling technical solutions in a professional services industry
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, training, or certifications
• Technical: Familiarity with multiple technologies and methodologies broadly covering:
Business Transformation: Strategy & Consulting, Digital Experience, Data Collection or Data Engineering
Enterprise Applications: Architecture Consulting & Platform Integration, Software Engineering, Mobility Engineering, Quality Engineering, Application Management Services or Healthcare IT
Cloud & Infrastructure: Architecture Consulting & Platform Integration, Cloud Services, Infrastructure Services or Technical Deployment Services
Digital Workspace: Strategy & Consulting, Employee Experience, ITSM/Help Desk or Business Application Platforms
Nice to Have:
