We’re looking for a Paid Search and Shopping Specialist that is skilled in executing brand-right digital marketing campaigns that drive efficiency, incrementality, and profitable long-term customer and business outcomes. This will be a hands-on role supporting Paid Search and Shopping across Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack businesses.
This role can be based in Seattle, Chicago, Los Angeles or New York City.

Responsibilities

• Partner with agency team to support planning, optimization and reporting across Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack’s Paid Search and Shopping channels
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Brand, Creative, Strategy and Marketing Technology to execute full-funnel campaigns in support of awareness, consideration, and purchase KPIs
• Support ongoing marketing messaging optimization
• Analyze campaign performance through the lens of multiple attribution models and data sources, reporting and communicating results to internal stakeholders
• Assist in managing day-to-day agency and publisher relationships
• Organize and identify promotions and events to be supported with paid media
• Dive deep into the data to analyze campaign performance, identify trends and answer business questions to inform decisions
• Analyze and report on channel spend mix to maximize long-term customer and business outcomes
• Continually research trends and remain up to date on the ever-shifting digital marketing landscape

Qualifications

• 1-2 years paid search and/or shopping experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to successfully organize and manage dynamic marketing campaigns
• Positive attitude with ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
• Experience leveraging marketing data and technologies including tagging/pixels, digital analytics and third-party bid management platforms (Examples include: Google Analytics, Tableau and SA360)
• Proven ability to successfully manage internal and external partner relationships
• Experience utilizing Excel to manipulate large data sets (e.g. VLOOKUPS, Pivot Table)
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Knowledge and experience in retail/fashion retailing a plus
