Your Opportunity
As an intern within plant operations, you will collaborate with operations teams on process improvement opportunities, coordinate activities of contractors, hourly technicians and other resources. You may assist in one or more of the following areas:
Utilize CAD to design simple equipment for testing
Evaluate area layout for optimal usage
Document and map out existing plant equipment and piping
Research and generate reports on potential upgrades for equipment
Investigate, purchase, and install equipment for data collection systems
Start and implement programs for Sustainability Pillar
You will gain meaningful and translatable experience from the real work you will be provided, relationship management, and professional development.

The ideal candidate for this role will have:
A Freshman, Sophomore, Junior or Senior standing in school with requisite educational experience in engineering – mechanical, electrical, chemical, industrial, and packaging engineering are preferred.
A GPA of 3.0 or higher
A well-rounded skill set including the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Must be able to work in both an office and plant environment and comply with all safety procedures.
