Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Team Lead, Credentialing Support Service is responsible for managing and providing oversight to a team in areas such as training, credentialing, and maintaining enrollment work flow processes.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:  

To perform this job, an individual must perform each essential function satisfactorily with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Create training material, PowerPoint presentations, and collaborate on the creation of enrollment policies and procedures used by the Specialists and within the department.
Provide oversight and audit the quality of work produced by the team ensuring established processes and procedures are followed.
Maintain the online enrollment systems data and processes and distribute work to the Specialists as appropriate.
Lead credentialing efforts for facility practitioners to ensure authorizations and appropriate credentials to treat patients are current and recorded.
Complete administration functions within the credentialing system.
Onboard, train, assist, coach and mentor new Specialists on department and Company specific processes, policies, and procedures.
Update credentialing system with new practitioner applications and re-appointment applications to reflect accurate report data.
Regular and reliable attendance.
Perform other duties as assigned.
