Skills / Requirements
The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for developing consultative relationships with hiring managers across multiple business units to drive the full cycle recruitment process, to include requisition management, job posting content, sourcing, screening/interviewing, candidate offer/closing, and onboarding. This position is located at our corporate headquarters - 4800 Fournace Place, Bellaire, TX, but occasional travel to our client site in the Harris County Sheriff's office at1200 Baker Street may be required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Specialized Training/Licensure: Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences, HR, Healthcare Administration or related field OR 4 years of commensurate professional work experience in lieu of a degree. HR related certification preferred (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP or AIRS)
Work Experience: Three (3) years' recruiting experience; preferably in a healthcare environment.
