About the Role
In this multi-faceted role you will have the unique opportunity to utilize your sales skills as well as your analytical and tech skills. You will be dealing directly with clients and internal employees to find digital solutions and provide assistance with digital tools in the wealth and retirement space, while also providing additional product and investment options for all.
What You Can Expect
Your satisfaction comes from being a resource for our clients. You will be receiving and making calls to our customers in order to educate and inform them of their options and opportunities with our digital tools that are available in the Wealth space. You will work with our marketing team to develop new campaigns to prospect clients and share products with existing clients.
Clear and concise communication is critical as you navigate this exciting hybrid role encompassing both the digital world as well as client facing opportunities. You will have the chance to grow the business while also offering and educating others on the possibilities within our digital platform.

How You'll Spend Your Time
You will work within two main spaces including retirement services and wealth digital onboarding and cover clients’ needs in both areas,
You will focus on client conversion onto the new platform for our brokerage area
You will advise clients on potential digital tools and solutions to enhance their self-service opportunities
You will answer questions from our clients as they navigate the digital tools
You will utilize information and reporting to find improvement areas for our client experience and usage.

Education & Experience Requirements
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or comparable field and 3-4 years of experience in investments/financial planning or 6-7 years equivalent work experience.
