We’re seeking an Onsite Call Center Leader for a short term project for a great company in Columbia South Carolina supporting the Customer Service Department!
This would be an excellent opportunity for those who would like to build up your leadership resume or and anyone who has a passion for helping and connecting with people!
What’s a typical day as a Onsite Call Center Lead? You’ll be:
The onsite "GO TO PERSON" for all KELLY temporary employees.
Communicate goals and objectives to KE.
Identify and communicate concerns, problems or challenges in a positive way, find resolve when possible.
Communicate late arrivals and call outs.
Keep a running list of all onsite employees.
Does this sound like you?
• High school diploma required. Associates degree preferred.
• Two years leadership experience retail or call center. (Call center preferred)
• Proficient understanding of HR/staffing practices onboarding- off-boarding, talent management.
• Ability to actively build and maintain both internal and external business relationships.
• Results-Oriented, hardworking, and have a strong attention to detail in a constantly evolving environment.
Ability to communicate by email, and keep Excel documentation.
Compensation: Pay starts at $17
This position is short term starting in March
Hours 8am -5pm Monday- Friday
