Zions Bancorporation is seeking a Technology Governance Relationship Manager to provide thought leadership and act as a trusted partner to technology/cybersecurity senior management to implement and sustain technology governance (risk management and performance), particularly using the COBIT governance framework.
Strong relationship management experience—listening, seeking to understand, influencing and educating technology stakeholders—is important for this role. Your ability to design strategic programs and execute against critical initiatives is another crucial success factor. Responsibilities:
Partner with senior leaders to mature technology/cybersecurity risk management through application of the COBIT 2019 framework.
Design and implement strategies for effective resolution of risk findings (issue management), including root cause analysis, event and risk pattern correlation, reporting, analysis, and education of key stakeholders.
Provide expertise and guidance to technology stakeholders for effective management of internal audits, regulatory exams, and risk management activities. Design efficient and effective reporting for risk committees.
Collaborate with peers on the risk management team in fulfilling job responsibilities.
Qualifications:
Substantial experience with IT governance frameworks such as COBIT, ISO, ITIL, etc.
A minimum of four years’ experience in technology/cybersecurity risk management, technology governance or directly related experience.
Experience designing and presenting reports for risk committees, boards, or regulatory agencies.
Demonstrated results in designing risk management programs and executing against critical and high-profile initiatives.
Desired:
COBIT 2019 Foundation Certification.
Experience with issues management governance.
Experience using the Archer governance, risk and compliance tool.
Experience using ServiceNow.
