Are you our next Shipping and Receiving Assistant?
As the shipping and receiving assistant you will be responsible for data management within various systems which capture receipts and shipments of all Mosaic finished, semi-finished, and raw materials. Daily exceptions monitoring and troubleshooting for all shipping and receiving systems to resolve issues prohibiting the completion of a shipment or receipt in any Mosaic system for all NA locations. Work with logistics, planning, inventory accounting, master data, A/P, customer service, and IT teams to ensure accurate and prompt transactions have been captured throughout all systems. Analyze system performance and compliance to data governance standards. Vigilant and prompt highlighting of any issues or conditions with data visibility that can impact business performance. Report any issues that can impact the environment or the safety of the employees. This role is expected to be 100% proficient in all responsibilities within primary group assignment within 12 months.
What will you do?
Analyze governing documentation for Mosaic shipments and receipts for completeness and accuracy.
Monitor all internal and external systems capturing shipments and receipts for outbound and inbound goods (all modes of transportation – truck, barge, rail, vessel) used throughout Mosaic and third-party sites ensuring accuracy in SAP and other integrated systems (OIS, PLS).
Troubleshoot issues causing imbalances and edit all systems as required.
Collaborate with various commercial peers to ensure data is properly configured for all product movements.
Exceptions monitoring for all product movements relating to goods issues and goods receipts in SAP which provide timely invoicing to customers and payments to vendors.
Position requires continuous improvement mindset with a focus on automation. Ensure a clean desk policy.
Collaborate daily with Inventory Accounting Team with in reconciliation activities, troubleshoot imbalances and communicate inventory adjustments as needed.
Manage the diversion and re-shipment process in coordination with the logistics, customer service and accounts payable teams.
Monitor and correct failed shipment cost documents daily.
Troubleshoot failures with needed departments ensuring corrective measures are in place to avoid recurring issues.
Participate in various commercial department projects, system enhancements, and process improvements.
What do you need for this role?
REQUIRED
High School/GED
1+ Experience in a position requiring system data validation, data reconciliation, troubleshooting and resolving system errors, and a high level of accountability for accuracy of detailed data
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Associate's
3-5 yrs Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Transportation, Logistics experience
