$1,000 sign-on bonus for FT with commitment.

 

The Texas Business Center, located in Denton, TX just north of Dallas and Fort Worth, is seeking a dynamic and talented Payment and Billing Specialist. This position will be crossed trained in all areas of the Central Business Office to be able to step in all departments as needed. This position will include Patient Account Representative, Payment Specialist, and Billing Specialist. As a Payment /Biller Specialist you will be responsible for writing up payments, preparing and reviewing reports, and submittal of electronic and manual billing. As a Patient Account Representative you will be responsible for working accounts as assigned by the Lead.

Qualifications

Education: High school graduate or equivalent preferred.

Experience: A minimum of two (1) years experience in insurance billing and CPT coding. Any combination of education, training, or experience in a hospital business office. Experience with billing, computers, and business software programs (Excel) preferred.

Additional Requirements: This position may require flexible hours, to include overtime.
