Description:

This Director, Product Management – Marketing Capabilities Development will work with the internal digital application and marketing systems teams as well as the various marketing stakeholder teams to build marketing capabilities that enable both on channel and paid media efforts. They will build and lead a product team that provides the vision and strategy to derive insights and deploy targeting on audiences across all marketing channels (Omni-channel) as well as the secondary campaign and deployment reporting and measurement. They will also partner with data science and strategy teams to enable quick deployment of modeled segments. This will also include managing and maintaining the existing state – helping transform the existing operational model that is heavily feed processing to a product centric design that can scale with the business teams goals.

Responsibilities:

Build and manage a team of product managers developing the necessary applications and integrations needed to support the customer and prospect marketing and engagement efforts.

Establish the audience and data needed to support the capability and integrations needed in conjunction with other partner product leaders.

Maintain and drive the roadmap as well as the strategy to convert to a more unified, product strategy from point solutions.

Ensure stability and automation of data integrations over time in a mobile environment driven by analytics innovation

Qualifications:

Familiarity with Data Platform technologies – Warehousing: Snowflake/Redshift/etc. Orchestration: Airflow/Informatica/et, Storage: AWS/Azure/etc. Rapid Compute: Druid/Cassandra/etc. and the list goes on

In-Depth understanding of Marketing & Personalization technologies – Email, Push, Direct Mail, Web, SMS, Social, Display, SEO, etc.

Experience with JIRA and agile development practices

Experience building and transforming teams

Experience with Digital and Marketing data a must
