Position Overview
Navistar is building a new, Industry 4.0 manufacturing facility in San Antonio, Texas to develop leading-edge commercial vehicle solutions to meet the needs of today’s – and tomorrow’s – customers. This new facility?will have the?flexibility to build?Class 6-8 trucks along with Electric Vehicles that allow Navistar to add capacity to support anticipated industry growth. Using the Internet of Things (IoT) and connected manufacturing principles, Navistar's newest manufacturing facility will continue growing our market share gains, optimizing our supplier network and improving quality. We are currently seeking an Industrial Engineer to join the San Antonio facility.
The individual will provide non-supervisory leadership in developing efficient and effective manufacturing processes with respect to plant layout, tooling & equipment requirements, and material presentation to optimize manpower requirements.
Basic Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
At least 5 years of experience in product manufacturing
OR
Master’s degree
At least 3 years of experience in product manufacturing
OR
At least 7 years of experience in product manufacturing

Qualified candidates, excluding current Navistar employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
