Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

24% Visiting key Reveal Aligner locations that require additional training. This may include case submission, treatment plan review, patient communication, marketing implementation etc.

23% Complete onboarding process of Reveal Clear Aligners within new locations (live or virtual)
23% Working in practices and via video conference to insure they maximize the potential of integrating the Reveal Clear Aligner System.
5% Review monthly Reveal Clear Aligner activity with each OSS and ORM.
5% Understanding aligner market trends, practice and patient needs and requirements.
4% Performing practice evaluations and giving recommendations on how to successfully integrate the Reveal Clear Aligner system into the office.
4% Ensure every office is utilizing all available Reveal Aligner marketing tools to maximize office-to-patient communication and case acceptance.
4% Provides ongoing support to all Orthodontic Sales Specialists within the region.
4% Proactively contact locations (in-person or remote) to convert stagnant aligner cases.
4% Contact individual locations with low sales or need for more attention and support.

Exceptional understanding of the job and ability to apply knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of complex tasks. Complete tasks in creative and effective ways. Complete assignments and facilitate the work activities of others; may coordinate work beyond own area. Apply acquired knowledge of procedures and external regulations. May provide back-up process support for the Supervisor.

COMPLEXITY: 

Consistently work on complex and unique assignments requiring independent action and a high degree of initiative to resolve issues. Make recommendations for new procedures. Analyze more complex technical or non-technical problems and suggest solutions where precedent may not exist.

SUPERVISION: 

Work under minimal supervision and may act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments. Often act as a facilitator and team leader and may provide informal feedback. Provide training as needed.

Qualifications
 

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE: 

Typically 5 or more years of related experience.

PREFERRED EDUCATION: 

Typically High School education, vocational training and/or on-the-job training. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: 

Must develop proficient knowledge of Clinical Dental and Orthodontic terms and anatomy, Reveal Aligner Product Line and Aligner Digital Interface

Technically adept
Full-time position based in Atlanta or Nashville.
Ability to work remotely and travel 30% of time
Intraoral scanner experience preferred.
Clear aligner therapy experience preferred.
Orthodontic experience preferred.

3 or more years of related clinical dental experience
