Job Description

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

Translates the broader company vision into area vision, objectives, strategies and action plans.
Develops and oversees content rotation strategies for retail and specialized channels.
Responsible for collaborating with internal teams and third-party partners to effectively deploy all digital content.
Responsible for the creative guidance and approval of Account Specific and Consumer Moments digital content.
Manages and approves the production and editing of all digital content.  
Responsible for developing a future digital roadmap to alignment with brand, geographic, and account needs.
Provide insights and recommendations based on learning and collaboration with key business partners to drive greater business impact.
Promotes strong teamwork and collaboration within the function, as well as with third party vendors/agencies.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

2 or more years working in Brand Management or Brand Activation/Experience roles.
2 or more years working in a digital-related field

Brand Management and Activation experience.
Strong analytical capabilities
Excellent project management skills
Strong understanding of digital ecosystems
Demonstrated experience in motivating people, strong communication/interpersonal skills, thinking/operating strategically, sound decision-making, and high problem-solving capabilities.

Bachelor’s Degree required

BENEFICIAL

Experience in consumer-packaged goods, especially tobacco, and/or other regulated industries, is strongly preferred.
