As the Senior Sourcing and Procurement Consultant, you will be challenged to oversee the strategic sourcing, procurement, and contracting efforts across the enterprise in support of the following categories within the real estate services (administration and clinical portfolio), data center operations, aviation and other indirect spend commodities as assigned. The successful candidate for this role will have strong experience with the full sourcing & procurement process, analytical and risk management skills, and exceptional relationship management and consultative skills. They should demonstrate the ability to identify risk and contract around it appropriately, as well as the ability to lead and manage multiple projects and tasks.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Develop, lead and execute category management, sourcing / RFx, vendor management and financial analysis efforts across the following sub-categories: construction, architectural and engineering services, food service, office furniture, flooring, physical security, signage, audio visual equipment and other facilities management related services
* Review, develop, redline, and negotiate third-party vendor contracts, including Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and amendments in cooperation with legal, internal stakeholders and external business partners
* Negotiate rates, service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs) and other legal and business terms
* Develop strong and collaborative working partnerships with key internal stakeholders including both business partners and support functions (legal, finance and risk)
* Support business objectives: revenue growth, risk mitigation, supplier innovation and expense management
* Develop supplier partnerships to minimize cost and maximize performance objectives
* Contribute to the development of annual cost reduction plans and responsible for meeting or exceeding the agreed upon goals
* Conduct market research and spend analysis as needed
* Support supplier performance initiative by participating in QBRs
* Cultivate diverse supplier sourcing opportunities
* Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
* 5+ years of Sourcing and Procurement experience, or equivalent commercial real estate experience
* Contract management, drafting, development, redlining, and negotiation experience
* Solid negotiating / influencing skills
* Solid interpersonal and communication skills
* Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
* Experience managing multiple timelines and projects / priorities
* You will be asked to perform this role in an office setting, however, may be required to work from home temporarily due to space limitations

Preferred Qualifications:

* MBA or JD
* 2+ years of Project Management Experience
* Experience with Ariba and PeopleSoft
* Background in real estate services, data center facilities or service-related commodities
* Knowledge of the healthcare industry
