Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Digital & Campaign Analyst to support our integrated marketing planning, reporting and optimization for Kimberly-Clark Professional (KCP) North America. Your responsibilities will include tracking online marketing trends, collecting and analyzing data, providing input on campaign optimization, reporting campaign performance, and communicating with key stakeholders across the business.

You should have strong experience with Google Analytics, Salesforce data and reporting, and familiarity with marketing tools like Pardot. While web analytics are key to this role’s success, we seek a professional with a full spectrum of marketing campaign KPI experience, emphasizing digital campaign media (although we have offline tactics as well). Combining customer activities across advertising, email and various KCP web properties is the core of this opportunity. 

In addition to tracking and analyzing information, the candidate must be able to present actionable insights to inform marketing campaign optimization. The right person should be detail-oriented, work well within a team, and be able to articulate the “so what?” behind the campaign analytics.

Responsibilities:

Participating in the integrated marketing planning process to bring insights and recommendations to key stakeholders
Collecting and analyzing customer online behavioral data across web, email, paid media and social
Testing campaigns, analyzing key metrics, and identifying opportunities to increase campaign performance
Communicating and presenting learnings from your analyses, including actionable insights and recommendations, to key stakeholders
Developing holistic campaign (online, offline) and web measurement strategies
Creating dashboards, data visualizations, and campaign and website performance reports
Monitoring and analyzing digital media and marketing trends

Qualifications:

Experience with analytical and reporting tools, including Power BI, Google Analytics, and Google Data Studio
Deep knowledge of digital marketing across social, display, and programmatic platforms
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Ability to make data-driven decisions
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
