Job Description

The Talent and OD Senior Consultant is responsible for the design and outcomes of HR programs and people processes that drive strong talent decisions and organizational effectiveness.

Making an Impact –

Lead center of expertise for key talent programs for the organization (organizational design, career pathing, engagement)
Embed organizational and job design discipline and frameworks for how roles and teams fit within the organization
Design programs and supporting tools, templates, and governance for execution (e.g., toolkits, development journeys) within practice areas
Support Consult team with execution within business units, lead execution for cross-brand, high complexity priorities
In partnership with Compensation team and Job Design team, ensure jobs and job levels align with organizational design and promote internal talent movement in the organization
Drive progress against named priorities (e.g., align to organizational guardrails, increase talent movement across the organization)
Conduct aggregate analyses to evaluate approach, measure/track key outcomes and drive continuous improvement  

Sharing Expertise:

Apply deep content area expertise (e.g., operating model, organizational design) to diagnose and deliver organizational solutions
Build conceptual understanding and knowledge of how the organization develops, sells and delivers
Build tools and map competencies to make signature career paths transparent and easy to navigate for employees
Utilize talent assessments as insight toward hiring and development decisions and planning
Provide mentorship to Talent Management Consultant on job design
Support the development of HR Business Partner team 

Gaining Exposure:

Expert advisor to People and Culture team and business leaders on implications of organizational design and talent on business strategy
Facilitate design workshops with leaders to solve complex business challenges
Improve the ManpowerGroup employee experience and engagement through strong talent management practices

Talent management priorities/projects (25%)
Assessment interpretation and advisory (20%)
Job design / slotting support (10%) 

Qualifications

Required:

5+ years of experience in OD, talent management or consulting field
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent 

Nice to Have:

Education: Master’s Degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology or related
