Position Responsibilities:
Support includes installation, upkeep, troubleshooting and training of the software, hardware, and administration related to CAMEO.
Perform Customer Service activities on-site with the customer, including possible deployments with squadrons.
Submit status reports to industry and government leads, providing feedback on CAMEO system statuses and support provided.

Education Requirements:
IT Associates Degree or IT Technical trade school or IT certifications or equivalent military experience will be considered.
Position Requirements:
Extensive knowledge with information technology, networks, and computer systems is required.
ALIMS (Aviation Logistics Information Management Support) and/or S-6 experience is preferred.
Working knowledge of V-22 CAMEO, Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETM), and NALCOMIS systems is preferred
Must be familiar with Microsoft Office programs.
Applicant must also be able to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance.
Applicant must already possess or be able to receive IAT level 2 certifications within 6 months of hire date.
