The Role at a Glance

This position will perform and deliver on routine assignments/projects while simultaneously leveraging and applying knowledge of the ESS (Enterprise Service Solutions) business systems production environments. This position will interface with internal and external stakeholders to implement routine change requests, update configurations, provide feedback to QA and IT in helping to troubleshoot critical issues, answer questions, provide training and be the point person responsible for the accuracy of the configuration and content and for the day to day management of the system.

Maintains knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends for assigned area(s) of responsibility, assesses the impact, and collaborates with management to incorporate new trends and developments in current and future solutions.
Promotes and enhances organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives within assigned area(s) of responsibility.
Performs and delivers on routine assignments/projects while simultaneously leveraging and applying knowledge of their assigned area(s) of responsibility.
Identifies and communicates to management process improvements that reduce workloads or improve quality for their assigned area(s) of responsibility.
Collaborates with external vendors, Lincoln IT and QA team on routine assignments/projects to ensure a stable and reliable application.
Collaborates with key internal and/or external stakeholders, ensuring a reliable support function.
Identifies and reports routine issues, and coordinates responses with QA team and Lincoln IT resources.
Ensures system and underlying applications are fully compliant with internal Audit and Security requirements.
Provides routine site wide administration and account management support.
Maintains platform usage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to include Security Policies, content management procedures, training materials, administrative processes (such as item and user setup/removal).
Develops and analyzes platform operational reports in conjunction with the business partner requests and/or requirements.  Supports compliance requests during state or production audits.
Using structured requirements partners with QA team and IT to develop project plans to address for system upgrades.
Provides feedback and is the primary business point person to QA team, IT and Vendor resources to diagnose and resolve technical issues to minimize service interruptions.
Assigns permissions and trains new users.

What we're looking for

4 Year/Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) (Minimum Required)
1 - 3+ Years as an application administrator that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position (Required)
