Position Purpose:
The Senior Vendor Operations Analyst leads the assessment and monitoring of vendors performing outsourced activities such as invoice reconciliation, cost accounting, cost analysis ensuring quality standards are met. This position is the subject matter expert in the evaluation of vendor invoice reconciliation, and is relied on by Vendor Operations Analysts for guidance, counsel, and expertise.
In this Senior Vendor Operations Analystrole, you will:
Resolves invoice issues; documents accounting related Incident Reports for review by senior management.
Assists with report automation

Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Finance/Accounting, Business or other technical/analytical field required; emphasis in statistics, math or related field preferred.
Six Sigma black belt or yellow/green belt certified and actively participating within black belt program development.
Five to ten years in an operations/production position and/or previous management-level experience.
