Position Overview:

The Production Business Leader will be in charge of enhancing component manufacturing by assuring that components or assemblies are processed to meet optimum quality, quantity and cost requirements.  They will also provide technical support to analyze and develop manufacturing control systems.  Other responsibilities include:

 Serving as a team leader on complex assignments by interfacing with supervisors, project and product engineering.
Training, Continuous Improvement and hourly employees.
 Developing cost reduction programs through manufacturing efficiency improvements. Schedule attainment and continuous improvement will also be part of the role.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
3-5 year manufacturing experience required.
Process knowledge with manufacturing processes and/or equipment, and Lean Manufacturing Tools.
Experience in cost reduction initiatives in manufacturing.
Quality system experience in manufacturing required.
