Based in the West Region, you will work with Sales, BDMs, and Service Regional Managers to coordinate resource needs, provide onsite STO leadership and provide coaching and monitor other technicians safety, quality, speed, and professionalism while leading projects.
AS AN STO SPECIALIST YOU WILL:
Perform lead activities while onsite to ensure complete success and customer satisfaction
Assist our organization in developing a roadmap for how to prepare for STOs.
Be the face to the customer during STOs and be the main path of communication for all stakeholders.
During the STO execution, will use the 7 Step Method with the customer, and work with the technicians to continuously promote the world-class brand of Measurement Solutions.
Ensure that the technicians pace their work for maximum benefit for the customer, perform detailed QA reviews daily, and promptly complete all administrative functions to support the customer's reporting requirements promptly.
Will work with the service manager to position the most local technician as the service provider and trusted advisor for future account growth.
Safety awareness and safety leadership is at the center of all onsite activities.
When not engaged in Direct Labor Activities will assist in the staffing and logistic coordination of outages, be an active member of standards steering committees, and complete additional training as it pertains to their role.
Work with their Sales, BDM, and Service RM, to define the ideal technical team to accomplish the strategic goals for that customer.
Take a collaborative approach to national versus regional needs
Seek opportunities to mentor other technicians and communicate effectively.
Attend a weekly funnel review call with the PMO to represent their respective region.
Use onsite experience and feedback to design, develop, deploy, and evaluate standards.
Teach standards to the technicians
Provide coaching to other technicians as needed
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
Education: 1800 hours of technical school
Experience: 5 years of related experience
Must be Project lead certified
Travel requirements: 50% or more
Ability to work outside of a 50-mile radius from their home.
