Responsibilities:
Define and establish priorities, requirements, expectations, results, and needs between JSC functions and partners to direct strategic and specialty focused programs.
Execute program deliverables and monitor performance metrics and targets with the goal of improving operations and delivering on programs goals and objectives.
Manage and facilitate teams, lead people indirectly, to ensure strong results through project execution and timely communications, escalations, and delivery of outcomes to stakeholders and executive teams.
Assess capabilities, capacities and needs of internal processes and CMO’s operations and connect with CMOs and Janssen to address any needs or risks impacting plan.
Exhibit strong influencing skills with an ability to see issues from multiple viewpoints.
Flexibility to respond to changes in external and internal environments.
Exhibit strong communication skills with an ability develop to senior management level presentations.
Qualifications
Required:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a Supply Chain related function.
Demonstrated knowledge of functions including Quality, Technical Operations, Finance, Planning and/or Procurement.
Knowledge of general Manufacturing principles.
Experience leading a highly qualified team.
Understanding of End-to-End Supply Chain considerations and methods of driving continuous improvement.
This position may require up to 25% travel both internationally and domestically.
Preferred:
An advanced degree (Master’s of PhD)
Experience in Pharma DS or DP, or Biologics.
Business management knowledge, such as business development, procurement, or value chain management.
Experience creating and working with negotiated agreements.
High level proficiency handling supplier relationships and internal stakeholders.
Experience delivering step function performance improvement while handling risk.
Broad knowledge of pharmaceutical industry and specifically Large Molecule manufacturing.
Broad knowledge of Digitalization.
