This position is responsible for operating machinery to ensure the continuous flow of product thru the production process and insuring proper ingredients/supplies are being used on the line. Responsible for monitoring and adjusting machine settings as needed and notifying supervisor if machines should require maintenance while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

Operate the tumbling tank

Operate the tumbling tank and a continuous flow of production must be insured. Ensure that mix and ingredients are in accordance with process sheets in relation with the amount, weight and other related ingredients. Ensure that all information necessary for tracking purposes are recorded and monitored promptly. He weighs bulk meat, then the    marinade, run it through line to meat tumbler running for usually 25 minutes run through a cooler till it’s needed. Assist the marination operator to assemble and disassemble the pipe line for process and sanitation purpose
