Position Responsibilities:
Execute and document audit program tests for financial, operational, and/or integrated audits and express an opinion on the adequacy of the design and operational effectiveness of internal controls.
Develop work papers that support test performed and conclusions reached.
Analyze root cause of audit issues, develop practical recommendations, and appropriately document and communicate to client.
Develop an understanding of the overall business and the financial services industry.
Demonstrate ability to quickly grasp concepts and practice active listening.
Communicate effectively and share knowledge and information with the audit team.
Interact effectively with client personnel and colleagues (verbal and written communications).
Maintain appropriate, constructive, and professional relationships with clients and colleagues by building appropriate rapport and using diplomacy and tact.
Assist with completion of the annual Audit Plan by managing and completing work within budgeted timeframes, dates and schedules.

Position Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or Accounting from an accredited university
3 accounting classes
2 years of audit experience
2 years of client relationship experience
2 year of team/project experience
2 year of experience with Microsoft Office products, Word and Excel
