Job Description

As a 3D Services Operations Manager, you will have broad responsibilities:

Managing and optimizing efficient service delivery operations, executing specific functional tasks where necessary, and supporting ongoing operations of regional delivery teams.
Addressing critical issues impacting readiness, cost, processes and change management across various organizations.
Enhancing business processes, systems and principles in the areas of information flow and management.
Providing consistent performance metrics and reports, including NPS, both internal and external, for mgmt. and business reviews.
Developing New Service delivery capability development and deployment across the region.
Ensuring financial performance and other agreed targets are optimized across the delivery operations.

This position requires a strong understanding of business processes and operations, as well as the willingness to adapt to and excel in a dynamic business environment. You should be a problem solver who can work with a large number of stakeholders to drive cross-functional teams to a common goal.

Responsibilities

Strategic project management

Obtain a thorough understanding of service development projects including processes, teams, vendors and systems.
Drive on-time service readiness by driving accountability of key partners, managing critical milestones, identifying and mitigating risks.
Lead weekly meetings and leading executive reporting on service readiness.
Closely manage regional project schedule, cost, quality and KPIs

Tactical execution and support

Understand and act on areas requiring tactical execution to ensure project success, e.g., forecasting, procurement, installation, KPIs.
Establish and execute procedures for efficient operational reporting, risk management and issue resolution.

Continuous operational improvement

Proactively identify areas of improvement with HP 3D regional service delivery and operations that enhance customer experience (i.e. NPS)
Design improvement plans by analyzing and presenting thoughtful business case (leveraging analytics)
Execute improvement initiatives by driving cross-functional collaboration and buy-in from key stakeholders.
Track and report the progress to senior leadership team.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in systems, engineering, computer science, business administration, finance, or similar curricula
8+ years of experience in Service Delivery, 4+ years in managerial capacity.
Ideally, solid experience in 3D Printing/capital equipment/industrial machinery Operations management
Service/ Busines Operations Management and Analytics Experience
Excellent Project Management skills, Lean Six Sigma Certified – Preferred
Deep understanding of current industry Service Delivery and Support practices and tools.
Passionate about customer satisfaction and optimal purchasing experience.
Experience gathering and synthesizing internal requirements and external feedback.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize appropriately.
Proven organizational skills, high attention to detail, and superior time management.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
Strong presentation skills.
Ability to lead in a matrix organization, Strong team player.
