Job Description

In this role, you will:

Design, create and implement Programs and initiatives in response to Talent Management needs and accordingly with the Human Resources strategic priorities. Leads design while partnering with appropriate HR colleagues such as Global L&D and People Employee Experience as needed for design, create and implement solutions for specific needs and conditions in order to build the required capabilities to support/transform the business growth. Maintain regular communication and stakeholder management with HRBP, P&LT, Global Talent, and other P& teams throughout design, development, implementation and continuous improvement of each talent program.

Leads, manages and runs TM programs including: leadership assessments, onboarding new hires, new managers onboarding, mentoring, 360 feedback survey, etc. 

Owns and leads the programs communications and change management plans in coordination with Corporate communications ensuring the key stakeholders are informed and aligned with the initiatives that are part of the Talent Management Plan.  Manages vendors interaction to develop and deliver Talent Management & development solutions.

TM SME responsible for capability roadmaps and partnering with Learning and Development to integrate talent management programs with Global L&D Plan supporting the execution and customize it where is needed to respond to the business needs. Ensures that Managers capabilities vision is well understood, analyze and assessed to be delivered across L&D programs to support the Business growth globally.

Evaluates, measures, reports and improves the Programs to determine the impact of the initiatives and the investment results.  Manages the reports, key performance indicators and  continuous improvement of the Programs, initiatives and recommend any variation in the Programs based on the results. Use TM metrics and analysis to improve/upgrade TM processes and programs overall.

Coordinates with the functions and CHRMs on programs implementation at functional/country level, as well as connects with HRBP’s for global aspects

Identify areas of opportunities where Talent Management tools, processes and policies that can be used in a global manner and implement as appropriate.

Research and recommend external HR talent management Solutions based on needs and upgraded opportunities partnering with L&D accordingly. Staying up-to-date on external trends and best practices for enabling TM efficiency. 

Support to enterprise initiatives led by TM Director which varies based on capacity and priorities seeking skill development and growth

Strong project management experience and excellent project management skills
Experience owning and driving vendor relationships on day to day issues and escalations
Continuous learning attitude and curious appetite

Program managing/coordinating Leadership Development Programs & success measures for programs and sustainability/evolution of  those
Years and Type of Experience:

12+ years of professional experience in human resources positions, preferably with global exposure
Minimum 5 years project management
5+ years in Talent Management capacity
