POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Analyst, Retirement Benefits role is a senior-level business/systems analyst and benefits administrator on the Total Rewards Operations team within HR Shared Services. In this role, the Senior Analyst will lead, implement, maintain, and use Workday and external vendor partner systems and processes to administer the Company’s retirement programs successfully, efficiently, and effectively.
The Senior Analyst requires expert knowledge of the federal/state/local laws and regulations that govern retirement benefits (defined benefit, defined contribution, and other benefits) as well as knowledge of the Company’s benefits programs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Apply expert knowledge of Company’s retirement programs to design and test internal HR and external vendor partner systems and processes. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Partnering with internal HRIS team and third-party vendor partners to design, implement and maintain systems and reporting for the successful, effective, and efficient administration of retirement programs, including researching/resolving issues and researching/implementing enhancements
Leading and analyzing complex business requirements, systems functionality and capabilities, and systems specifications
Drafting complex analysis documents
Leading, developing, and executing complex functional and regression test plans and test scripts, including creating test scenarios and test cases
Leading and deploying tested and approved complex systems and processes to end users, including developing and delivering training materials
Leading, identifying, and resolving complex and escalated system and process errors and issues
