Job Description
What Your Impact Will Be:
* Ensure that all recruitment requisitions are inputted into HRIS system in a timely and compliant manner
* Hiring new applicants in ATS & HRIS system and conducting appropriate background checks
* Processing Unemployment Claims
* Serve as liaison between American Girl and the Shared Service Center regarding employee data, time keeping, payroll, and system processes
* Run and extract reports out of HRIS system
* Serve as team member for mass onboarding of seasonal workforce by running ad hoc reports
* Processing data changes for employees' personnel records
* Trouble shoot technical issues with onboarding of new employees
* Testing requirements for new HCM system
What We’re Looking For:
* Minimum of 2 years' experience working with HRIS systems
* Previous experience with Payroll Systems
* Previous experience with ATS Systems
* Strong computer skills in Word and Excel
* Excellent Customer Service Skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Demonstrated ability to work with highly confidential and sensitive employee information
