POSITION SUMMARY
The Sales Operations Program Manager will oversee and coordinate multiple projects in parallel. Responsibilities of the role include planning, managing activities, working with cross-functional teams, and overseeing the projects till a successful delivery on-time and with quality. Being effective in this role will require a natural ability to lead, build strong, trusting partnerships across the organization and drive progress. The position requires a highly resourceful individual who thrives in a fast-moving, complex environment requiring vital emotional intelligence and self-motivation—the ability to influence & energize a diverse set of stakeholders towards a common goal.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Accountable for the following:
Strategizing, planning, implementing, executing-on and maintaining program initiatives while adhering to strategic Sales operations objectives
Maintain a transparent “wall of work” with clear, up-to-date status of strategic initiatives (owners, actions, dates, status, risks)
Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement – with an ability to follow through activities and hold people accountable
Oversee multiple projects in parallel, ensuring program goals are reached
Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders as needed
Required Qualifications and Attributes:
8+ years proven experience in complex project management and program management role

Working understanding of Agile methodologies & tools
Previous experience as a project manager or program manager
Bachelor’s degree + MBA / or equivalent Masters degree preferred
Curiosity & thirst for learning, and ability to do it quickly – must be a Self-Learner
Strong interpersonal skills & ability to build strong, trusting relationships
Ability to simplify the complex
Ability to lead by influence across teams & siloes
Problem-solving aptitude & creative thinking skills
