Position Summary: Supervise Dispatch personnel to ensure consistent and standardized use of the Modular dispatch system. Design, manage training programs for the Mine Operations teams; and measure effectiveness using data and observation of operators.
Primary Responsibilities:
Directly supervise dispatch personnel
Optimize dispatch system execution to utilize full system capability
Train Dispatch Supervisors to current best practices and standardize execution across crews
Responsible for implementation of modular dispatch upgrade and administration of dispatch system
Oversee network and maintenance systems (including responding to Operator tickets)
Responsible for developing and designing Mine Operations training program. Audit effectiveness of training execution and continually improve the system.
Required Qualifications:
Working knowledge of Modular or other similar dispatch fleet systems
Mining industry experience
Proven success leading teams
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
