Responsibilities
Reporting to the Administrator of Talent Management, the Recruiter is responsible for providing the highest level of recruitment services to hiring leaders, by delivering top talent for the Garnet Health System, which includes Garnet Health Medical Center, Garnet Health Medical Center - Catskills and Garnet Health Doctors. The position will advance Garnet Health as an employer of choice while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the selection and hiring process. This individual will interview pre-qualified top tier candidates and maintain excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates, and the community at-large.

Qualifications
Minimum Education:
B.S. in Human Resources or related discipline required.
Minimum Experience:
A minimum of 2 years experience in full lifecycle recruiting. Registered Nurse preferred. An expert level of knowledge in full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, interviewing, legal, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence. Knowledge and extensive use of a web based applicant tracking system. Ability to present recruiting concepts and reports to leadership. Ability to develop business cases and service requirements, while creating and managing strategic alliances. Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad/deep range of positions. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of applications. Must be Internet savvy and experienced in mining online databases. Must have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures. Demonstrative consultative approach to recruitment and selection.
Physical Requirements:
Demonstrates physical and functional ability to perform full anatomical range of motion to accomplish tasks. Evidence of visual and aural acuity and finger and hand dexterity to operate a computer and office equipment for extended periods of time. Can withstand long periods of sitting, standing and/or constant walking. Ability to lift a minimum of 10 lbs.
Mental Demands:
Ability to foster collaborative relationships, to work well under pressure, to organize and synthesize new information and prioritize tasks. Possesses critical thinking, analytical skills and flexibility. Ability to multi task. Required detailed attention to work in an environment where interruptions cannot be controlled. Demonstrates sensitivity to customer needs and expectations. May be subject to irregular hours.
