Responsibilities/Expectations:
Responsible for the integrity of the information transferred into the Records Information Management System, including records sent to off-site storage
Collaborates with internal partners and team members who handle physical records
Champions processes and procedures and educates others; supports annual review and ensures updates are completed and published
Completes records searches and provides records reports
Identifies and coordinates records available for destruction
Efficiently manages confidential shred bins processes; works closely with the vendor to address service and billing
Supports record retention code validation to ensure compliance
Other duties as assigned
Education/Years of Experience:
Required: Associate's or vocational school degree in a business related field and a minimum of two (2) years' experience in a compliance/service-based records program
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a business related field and a minimum four (4) years of experience in a compliance/service-based records program

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Application and PC skills
