BROAD FUNCTION:
This position consists of approximately fifty percent data entry and includes keying invoices into IPG systems, as well as loading and processing electronic invoices. In addition, this individual will analyze reports and run system reports.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Key television, radio, and/or cable invoices into the Mbox pay system
Process electronic invoices
Analyze and review data entry for accuracy
Communicate with the spot buyers to resolve discrepancies or problems
Communicate with stations for missing invoices
Request and print required system reports
Responsible for following IPG’s Standard Policies and Procedures in the completion of their job duties
Regular and reliable attendance required
Ability to work onsite in an office environment with limited remote work alternatives, consistent with applicable law
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent
One to two years A/P experience preferred.
Ten-key calculator by touch with a minimum of 7,000 key strokes per hour required
Good verbal communication skills
Good computer skills
Good problem solving skills required
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Excellent organizational skills
Must be a self starter and detail oriented
