This position will be located in Gardena, California supporting Permaswage, part of our Fluid Fittings Group. The Permaswage manufacturing operations are spread over four continents, forming a network of industryleading facilities, which enables our customers to utilize our experience and deep product knowledge wherever they need it. Location Profile

Position Summary

The Account Manager will partner with and ensure the longterm success of our customers. He/she will be responsible for developing longterm relationships with his/her portfolio of assigned customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. The Account Manager will liaise between customers and crossfunctional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.

This role will interface directly with our internal teams and systems. You will be asked to solve problems, build reports, business cases, and track metrics. This position requires a motivated self starter, driven by accomplishment and accountability with strong attention to detail and adaptable to changing requirements and priorities.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

* Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
* Build and maintain strong, longlasting customer relationships
* Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts and customer stakeholders
* Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products according to customer needs and objectives
* Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
* Forecast and track key account metrics
* Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment
* Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed

Experience & Education

* Bachelors degree in communications, business, finance, engineering, science, or related field of study
* Proven account management or other relevant experience
* Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
* Experience in delivering clientfocused solutions based on customer needs
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
* Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills
* Fluent with the MS Office suite
