Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Shipping
Responsible for all domestic and international shipments.
Packaging orders for shipments
Organization and maintenance of shipping & receiving area
Effectively use shipping and receiving computer software
Engages with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude
Receiving
Review incoming material against supplier packing lists and Purchase Orders for accuracy
Tracks, traces, and updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipments
Regularly review packaging material and fill material requisitions.
Report discrepancies between supplier packing lists and Purchase order to Buyer
Move materials from storage areas and deliver to designated departments as needed.
Capable of operating a forklift
Participate in physical inventory cycle counts.
Able to positively relate and interact with co-workers
Able to be at work – regular attendance.
Able to work a Full time
Able to work at the business location.
Positive attitude and can-do mentality
ADDITIONAL DUTIES
Maintain neat, clean work area.
Wearing and maintaining appropriate PPE and ESD equipment in defined areas.
Communicating stockroom and warehouse safety issues.
SKILLS REQUIRED
Ability to work in fast paced environment
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Good verbal and written communication skills
Solid Organizational Skills
Strong Attention to Detail
Basic Level Computer/Data Entry Skills
