Position Overview
The Aftersales Business Center is our Dealers’ and Customer’s support for Aftersales and is Navistar’s day to day support interaction with our customers and products. The Parts Support Process Lead has responsibility for designing what that interaction will be for our parts related support. The Parts Support Process Lead is responsible for developing and enhancing our Standard Operating Procedures, working processes, and work instructions as well as identifying opportunities for improvement through data analytics and the use of LEAN and process mapping tools. The Parts Support Process Lead Also acts as a project manager for continuous improvement projects and will work with a large cross-functional team to execute on those projects. This position is integral to attaining Navistar’s industry leading uptime.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Developing contact center operations processes, KPIs, and Standard Operating Procedures
Identifying trends in contact center performance, contact rates, and case file causals
Non-technical project management of multiple projects from concept approval through sustainment
Identification of efficiency improvement opportunities and solutions including IT enhancements, process improvements, and the development of detailed instructions for completing complicated tasks
Coordinating work with multiple cross-functional groups
This job manages specific projects that are managed in a controlled, gated process. Requires people and resource management through others as part of a cross-functional team required to complete the project
Basic Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
At least 5 years of business development, mergers and acquisitions, or joint venture experience
OR
Master's degree
At least 3 years of business development, mergers and acquisitions, or joint venture experience
OR
At least 7 years of business development, mergers and acquisitions, or joint venture experience
