Take ownership for leading cross-functional teams and projects
As a Staff Technical Project Manager, you will partner with cross-functional teams to implement solutions. Through this partnership, you will take ownership for requirement gathering, solution design, development and deployment of projects. Ensuring adherence to best practice, you will deliver high-quality solutions on time, within scope and on budget.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Collaborating with the business and functional partners and technology leadership in defining features backlog and specifying requirements
Driving technology discussion and strategy in line with business needs and company reference architecture
Managing external vendors, procurement and the onboarding process as required
Defining the execution plan and approach based on project scope, expected timeline and available budget/resources
Working with globally located technical teams often comprising of members of separate organizations to coordinate day-to-day execution as per outlined plan
Managing project risks, scope changes and other non-standard events throughout the life of the project

To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Information Systems or Computer Science or relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree.
Have a minimum of 6 years’ experience in IT project management and execution in global companies or large consulting firms
Be able to demonstrate expertise and experience in project management principles (e.g. Agile, Kanban, Waterfall)
Have excellent stakeholder relationship skills that inspire trust and confidence
Be able to manage stakeholder communication and progress reporting
