Responsibilities

Under the direction of a qualified physician and the Imaging Services Manager or designate, this position incorporates all the duties of a staff radiologic technologist.
* Produces radiographs in accordance with standards established by supervising radiologist and documented in the department procedure manual with consideration given to Age-Specific needs and concerns of the patient.
* Provides proper technical factors on an individual basis, including the neonate, infant, child, adolescent, adult and geriatric patient.
* Selects and operates equipment as directed.
* Exhibits safe work habits and reports safety hazards.

Qualifications

Education:

High School Diploma or GED required.

Completion of formal Radiologic Technologist training at an AMA approved school.

Licenses/Certificates:

Must be ARRT Registered

Current CPR for HealthCare Provider required.
