Job Description
What you’ll do:
• Collaborate work with ISO control owners to update ISO process documents.
• Support ISO Manager with internal audit activities, including interviewing control owners, collecting, and analyzing evidence and drawing conclusions on the effectiveness of controls.
• Summarize audit findings and prepare reports for program sponsors, stakeholders, and subject matter experts.
• Log audit findings, confirm ownership, and work with owners to remediate open items.
The 2022 Summer Internship Program will begin Tuesday, May 31st and end Friday, August 5th.
Preferred Requirements:
• Courses or experience in risk, compliance, or auditing.
• Courses or experience with process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean, etc.)
• Experience with SharePoint Online.
• Excellent business and technical writing skills.
What we’re looking for:
• Currently enrolled undergraduate students with a graduation date of December 2022 or May 2023 OR students available for full-time work in 2023
• Strong interpersonal and time management skills
• Self-motivated and results-driven individual who will make an impact while utilizing strong written and verbal skills to communicate effectively
• Team oriented and able to develop positive relationships with coworkers and other partners involved
• Strong presentation skills, including ability to develop and deliver presentations
• Microsoft Office skills including, but not limited to Outlook, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, and Word
• Availability to work a 40-hour week within standard business hours throughout the summer
• Authorization to work in the US; without sponsorship as a full-time coworker
