Job Description

Responsibilities:

Ensure customer deductions actioned in a timely manner and compliant with company policy
Provide variance analysis to EVP and Budget
To the extent necessary- create journals during closing
Provide analysis to TFM and customer teams on channel performance and prepare monthly reporting
System and database maintenance
Provide support of planning (budget and monthly forecast) process and Strategic plan with Retail sales team
Coordinate between GBS and local Sales team to ensure clear communications and deliver result on a timely manner

About you:

Degree qualified in Business/commerce accounting (preferably CPA/CA)
Experience in financial accounting / planning / analysis (preferably in FMCG or Retail sales channel)
Understanding of transactional processes / core systems (BPCS/ Demantra)
Variety of software applications – excel- access- cognos- PowerPoint
Ability to analyse and interpret data to make recommendations
Ability to think strategically and translate this thinking into measurable actions
Ability to follow up- understand issues and their resolution- and work them through to completion
Strong presentation and communication skills (written and verbal)
