Based in our Shakopee, MN location, you will provide project management expertise in the application of lean and/or six sigma tools to support the Measurement Solutions Customer Care organizational goals.
AS A CUSTOMER CARE LEAN PROJECT LEADER, YOU WILL:
Manage a variety of process improvement projects across Measurement Solutions centered around improving cycle times through system, automation, and process changes/enhancements.
Act as a Customer Care representative on America Enterprise Team to drive process improvements and Quality across the enterprise.
Combine experience and knowledge of lean/six sigma tools to analyze a wide range of problems and formulate solutions to business objectives.
Apply problem solving methodologies to drive organizational solutions across MSOL.
Apply lean expertise to create current and future state value stream maps of business processes throughout Customer Care.
Lead and facilitate discovery/workshop sessions to capture current state process flows, future state vision, and gaps that need to be addressed to reach future state.
Facilitate lean & kaizen events and use other lean tools to assist with future state planning.
Develop and execute Project Communication Plans, with accountability to effectively communicate project status to stakeholders, functional groups, and customers.
Act with customers in mind and capture business requirements needed to improve the quote to cash customer experience.
Provide lean support and project management across Measurement Solutions customer care organizations.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
5 years of related experience
Legal authorization to work in the United States

Project management and lean experience preferred
Willingness to become lean certified while in role
