ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Extract and analyze data from internal systems for sales management • Assist in the preparation of internal and external correspondence for report preparation • Assist in the preparation and analysis of presentation material for commercial meetings • Support sales management and the Corporate Sales organization to retain customer documents, financial and non-financial data in accordance to ChemTreat’s record retention policy • Build, Automate and design innovative tools that makes the sales team more effective and efficient. • Develop Customer Experience and Customer Journeys analysis • Manage and implement projects. • Staying on the cutting edge of technology and always taking the initiative to learn new tools and increase your analytical and statistical capabilities. • Train end users on new tools and technology both in person and virtually • Supporting sales management and the commercial sales team with ad hoc analysis and data requests • Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft tools o Experience automating tasks with Microsoft products including Excel, Power Platform, and other products. • Experience with practicing ETL (extract, transform, and load) and data management. • Experience working with relational databases and SQL is preferred • Knowledge of statistics, business analytics, and visualization design is desired • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or another BI tool is preferred o Dashboard and report design experience o Education and certifications or experience around Visual Design and Business Intelligence • Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
• Willing to travel up to 20% when needed
• Constantly required to sit and occasionally required to walk, stand, climb (includes stairs), balance, stoop, bend, kneel, crouch or crawl, and talk, hear, and smell
• Constantly using hands and fingers to handle, feel or operate objects, and computer keyboards.
• Routinely required to reach with hands and arms, squat, turn/twist, or reach, lift, carry, push, or pull up to 20 pounds
