The purpose of this position is to provide daily outstanding customer service with a positive attitude to help the enterprise function with excellence and efficiency. Active on-site engagement with all by providing effective verbal and written communication skills. What youll do:

* Responsible to escort vendors, greet guests, contact specific employees to notify them of their guests arrival, contacting the specific employee for food/catering deliveries.

* Assist in setting up food/catering in meeting rooms.

* Assist with scheduling for large meetings, Catering, liaison Room setup and reset.

* Manage reservations for seating, board room, multi-purpose room, building conference centers and/or amenities including landlord managed space.

* Provide video conferencing support and basic troubleshooting of tech equipment. Assist meeting event organizer with video conferring operation.

* Contact building management through telephone and/or building work order system for all building related issues.

* Monitor work orders and contact customer for additional information accordingly. Maintain communication with regional manager to avoid escalations and surprises.

* Be first point of contact for all Facilities related incidents and needs.

* Walk space daily on each floor to look for housekeeping needs, such as lamp replacement, damaged ceiling tiles or carpet stains etc. and create work orders accordingly. Ensure conference rooms are in order.

* Assist with installation of whiteboards, artwork and others as needed.

* Assist with furniture and door key inventory. Support employees with lost or missing keys.

* Provide/Collect access cards and/or contact IT for equipment collection.

* Process security badge forms and provide photos to Global Security.

* Contact security with any safety concerns.

* Work with building on parking requirements and prepare parking needs for large groups. Maintain parking validation inventory and validate passes.

* Serve as liaison and assist with space planning system including updates of space ownership on a quarterly basis.

* Assist with move management, providing materials and service as needed.

* Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients.

* Maintain inventory and ordering of conference center supplies.

* Offer restaurant and activity recommendations and assist guests in arranging transportation.

* Knowledgeable with public transportation, ability to provide line and stop information and/or links where information can be found.

* Work with building engineers and/or vendors for building related needs or issues.

* Navigate PO/Accounting system.

* Create change order tickets.

* Assist with setting up vendors, including collection of all applicable documentation.

* Office and amenity tours for new employees and visitors.

* Other various duties as assigned.

What you will need to do the job:

* MUST BE A CURRENT CONTRACTOR with Cigna, Express Scripts or Evernorth. Evernorth is a new business within Cigna.

* High School Diploma or equivalent required.

* 2+ years of previous customer service/hospitality experience.

* Positive phone demeanor, superior written, verbal and non-verbal communication skills are essential.

* Knowledge of basic office equipment, including printers, scanners, copiers, audio visual equipment, etc.

* Exemplify strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

* Competent working with Microsoft Office suite.

* Ability to type 35 50 WPM.

* Possess a positive attitude with ability to work as part of a team.

* Multi-tasking skills: must be able to do several things with constant interruptions.

* Must be able to work under constant interruptions while maintaining a calm demeanor.

* Ability to prioritize is a must.
