What you’ll achieve
The Client Strategy & Market Intelligence Team helps the executive leadership of the Client Solutions Group track and forecast industry trends to inform planning and go-to-market/product strategy for Dell’s worldwide PC business. We are looking for an analytical and creative team member who will be responsible for:
Working across the Client Solutions strategy team and with key business stakeholders to create and analyze customer research (B2C and B2B)
Collaborating with research partners to design and refine research scope and ensure meaningful results
Collecting and analyzing secondary research across research partners, competitor filings, equity research, and other publications
Working collaboratively with Market Intelligence and Strategy teams to turn research into market or customer insights that drive executive decision making
Writing research summaries and socializing findings with business executives
Collaborating with broader research community and customer insight sources inside of Dell to ensure research investments and insights are complementary and efficient
Preferred qualificationsand requirements:
MBA or analytics-oriented Master’s degree preferred
3+ years post-MBA/Masters experience
3+ year of experience in executing qualitative and quantitative research projects
Expertise in advanced qualitative, quantitative and hybrid market research methodologies
Demonstrated skills in data visualization (Power BI, Power Point), presentation, and interpersonal interaction
Deep understanding of current technology trends and markets
Experience in managing 3rd party vendors and proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Advanced analytical and business problem solving skills, including financial analysis ability
Ability to work effectively across time zones – US, Europe and Asia
