Job Description
About the role - you will:
Be responsible for planning and executing customer-based testing on our RAID storage-based products
Be part of a fast-paced, global test team where you will be responsible for performing software and hardware compatibility/certifications of supported operating systems contributing to the delivery of first in-class products
Have the opportunity to assist in the testing of Seagate solutions and systems
Develop and execute software and hardware plans
Look for improvements and efficiencies in processes and everyday tasks
Attend design reviews, identify test coverage, gaps and drive to closure
Analyze and write test standards and procedures

Your experience includes:
Knowledge of block storage, object storage, S3, and Microsft Azure
Experience building, managing and monitoring test systems and storage solutions (software and hardware)
VMware ESXi 6 & 7, Windows 2019 and newer versions,Veeam, Corvault
Selenium, Cucumber, Python scripting test experience
Networking concepts (DNS, TCP/IP, and firewall automation
Ceph, MinIO or other Object Storage applications
Security – HTTPS, SSH, Penetration testing, dynamic and static scanning
Software virtualization
Replication Technologies
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Information Technology and 5+ years’ experience or Master's degree in Engineering or Information Technology and 3+ years’ experience or the equivalent combined education and experience, or PHD and 0+ years of experience or equivalent education and experience.
